'Live From Earl's Court' Japanese CD release (Feb. 23)

Not sure if its been mentioned before, but apparently they are going to release the Earl's Court gig (18 Dec. 2004) on CD in Japan(catalogue# BVCM-41033). The release date is the 23rd of February.

    Nice to find another Mozz fan out here in the Land of the Flailing Yen. Does this CD release mean that he is coming to tour in Japan? Quite often, when a CD of this nature is released over here, it anticipates the announcement of tour dates.

    Do you know anything?

  • Don't Japanese albums usually have a couple of extra tracks not on the Western versions, in order to stop Japanese people buying cheaper imports? It will be annoying if the Western CD is a couple of tracks short, just so Japan can make an extra buck.

  • Yeah, when I was in Tokyo over Christmas, I saw the tag in the Morrissey section at Tower Records, Shinjuku telling of the release date for the CD. I advise everybody to go to Japan, it really is awesome... You'd be surprised what seems to be popular over there... Radiohead and Avril Lavigne (... Eek).
