  • This Book is Awful (Score:2, Informative)

I have recently had the "pleasure " of picking this book up from HMV for £4.99 and even this was £4 too much The book is just a rehash of a number of old interviews and contains nothing new that a fan would learn In my humble opinion the book's sole aim is to prove that Morrissey is a homosexual and through a load of tenuous links/interpretation of lyrics the author thinks he succeeds There are also numerous factual errors which are just lazy journalism One to avoid

  • Both of David Bret's books are absolutely atrocious fare... Really, really, bad... The man can string sentences together in a workmanlike fashion - links of sausages... There is absolutely nothing beautiful about his writing or insightful about his observations. If I could get away with it I'd say he was a turd who landed a lucky publishing deal.
