Having just viewed this unofficial Dvd, I would urge fans not to waste money by purchasing it. It contains absolutely no The Smiths or Morrissey music whatsoever, and is just a complete re-hash of all we have heard before. The likes of Stephen Street, Craig Gannon, Tony Wilson, Vini Reilly, Paul Morley, Mark Simpson etc, all appear in this insipid chronological 'documentary'....basically repeating their own anecdotes that tenuously link them to the Morrissey bandwagon. It runs for a tedious 108 minutes, and will provide even the most casual fan with nothing new. It's cheap and nasty production which attempts to cash in on Morrissey's new found popularity make it definately one to avoid. ---

c) any concert footage
d) only 1 part of an interview with Moz (the recent one from jonathan Ross)
in short, intelligent comments from the people interviewed but none of the real bollocks...

Please don't buy this expecting something similar to "The Importance of Being Morrissey", cos this DVD sucks!
And it probably isn't the case that the film makers weren't given permission to use any Morrissey music but more the fact that they wouldn't pay for the rights.
This DVD will very soon end up in the bargain bucket where it belongs.
