The Thrills pick The Smiths on VH2

An anonymous person writes:

The Thrills today have had one hour on VH2 in the UK, to choose some of their favourite tracks.

One of their selections was The Smiths 'This Charming Man', and they said "We have had some good times hanging out with Morrissey, hope you enjoy the video"

Some of the other artists featured were:

The Cure
The Smashing Pumpkins
REM
Beck
Doves
Blur
Pixies

This was not suprising as Morrissey has been a long time fan of the band, and they have supported him on a couple of occasions.

  • I have not always liked the Thrills, a couple of tracks on the first album were quite good but I like the new single. Moz seems to like them a great deal aswell.

    They made some great selections (well the Bands anyway).

    Was it the "This Charming Man" video that's on "The Complete Picture", with the band playing amidst hundreds of flowers?
