In an article/interview with the band 'The Clash', who are celebrating the re-release of their albulm, London Calling, Letts lists Morrissey and Marr as a writing team force to be reconed with. From the article: Letts gives credit to the formidible songwriting talents of the Strummer/Jones team: "To see those two guys work, it was such a beautiful thing. Jagger/Richards. Lennon/McCartney. Morrissey/Marr. Strummer/Jones. It doesn't happen that often."
