See, it makes sense to brush up on your Smiths lyrics, because if you lose on University Challenge... Heaven Knows You'll Be Miserable Then!

  • My good friend Matthew Setterfield represented Cambridge Uni (being much cleverer than I) and got no questions right. Apart from a track from Hawkwind was played. Matthew and I were forced to listen to many hours of Hawkwind, by our friend at the time, one Mr. Paul Morris. Tracks included Spirit of the Age and Sonic Attack. But a relatively young Matthew identified the track correctly. It was indeed Silver Machine.
