  • okay, so I'm assuming the set list here will be strikingly similar to the ones he played at the Apollo, no?
please please please let's try to throw in some other songs...there are SO many to choose from.

i mean, i bet the audience is going to be largely made up of people who saw him in NY in may!

    no matter, terrific news,
oct. 9, 10 - let it be soon!

  • Anyone have any info about the onsale date, i.e. is there a presales or anything? I regsitered at Morrissey's website, but haven't heard anything yet. Also, any word on price? I shelled out $150 to go to the Apollo in May (only to have crap seats; that place is literally falling apart), but I can't imagine Radio City being much less than that. I saw Elvis Costello there years ago with Burt Bacharach, and it's a classy place to see a show, so it should be fun. How soon is October?

  • i don't understand why people care who goes to which shows...if you can afford it, and it makes you happy, go to any show you want...

  • this shouldn't be an issue anyway actually.
the past few shows i have acquired tickets thru ticketmaster for, have restricted the orders to east coast locations anyway. even people in Albany, NY can't get tickets for NYC events sometimes. Really the only thing that can snot this up for us on the east is if our K-Rock Radio station blows up the spot again. either way, i could care less about people from the west coast getting tickets, i'd rather them show up than a bunch of steak-headed new york tough-guys who became a fan cuz the radio station told them to.
