Morrissey on Craig Kilborn this week - cancelled?

I checked CBS.com (schedule), and it still says that Morrissey will be on Craig Kilborn's show ALL 5 days this week. I checked again on RockOnTV.com and on TVGuide.com, and they both state the same information. I hope that these sources are correct because I'm going to stay up every night with my VCR ready...

P.S. Craig's show starts at 12:35 AM (Est). Hopefully on one of the nights Moz will be interviewed; if so, Monday night would be my guess.

  • ...that Morrissey would be interviewed on Monday, and also play all 5 days.

    Morrissey's bits are supposed to be taped Monday for Monday and Tuesday's shows and Wednesday for the rest of the week.

  • I thought Craig said last week the interview would be Monday but maybe I dreamt that :) I note that Dido is the guest for Friday and he doesn't usally have 2 musical guests? a bit weird.

    speaking of Kilborn, did anyone catch the "Morrrissey countdown" bit he had on last week - I admit I'm no Kilborn fan but god it was embarrassing.

  • Kilborn is one big jackass. Did anyone watch it last week, when he downplayed Morrissey and his fans? He seems to be a huge fan depending only on the guest he has on that night. The night I am talking about in particular was when he interviewed the basketall player, and they were discussing Moz.

    Just wanted to pass this info along. I got this email from [email protected] (handle Kilborn Tix):

    As a ticket holder for tonight’s taping of The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn we wanted to inform you that tonight’s performance with Morrissey has been postponed as he is sick. The taping will still take place, but Morrissey will not be in attendance. We are sorry for any inconvenience and will inform you when he is rescheduled as soon as we have more information. Thank you.

  • i was wondering how he was going to handle doing the gigantic MEN show and then turn around and fly all the way back to NY and recoup from the jet lag in a day or so....

  • he's on monday thru friday but we'll just have to wait and see till tonight if the rumours are true. I think the whole "sick" excuse is a cause from jet lag that morrissey had from the manchester show.

      I read a review of the MEN show which clearly stated that he had been eating antibiotics to do that show and that they were of little consequence.
