  • whenever i think of moz mp3, i am directed to one thought Morrissey81 stealing those songs from Vincent. . It's just plain horrid. And i didn;t even hear an appology. She sure does reek of something.

on a side note. I love ms. shankleys site. I've been downloading from her for years now. She always seems to find the best stuff.

  • I freakin love it. This is a studio recording right??? it sounds like it is. in any case, I am indeed in love with it. So far, my favorite of the new songs, the tamborine is beautiful. everything about the song, the voice, the way it's sung, the emotion, the guitar work. I'm way worked up about this song. It's amazing. What does everyone else think???

  • I think this track leaves us in no doubt where Moz's political sympathies lie.
He says he is dreaming of a time when the English are sick to death of Labour and Tories.
Well who would that leave? Yes, the Liberal Democrats.
So there you go, whoever would have thought it, we now know Moz is a true Lib Dem - Charles Kennedy should sign him up to write the next campaign song! As a Liberal Democrat voter myself, it is very heartening to hear that my idol of many years shares my view on politics, as well.

  • This is a fantastic song! Why did they leave it off Maladjusted (was that it???)? POlitical reasons? record company reasons?
Anyway- it's brilliant! Vocals, lyrics, guitar, etc. etc. etc.

Thought I'd check out other people's thoughts on this song. Finally we have a decent version after years of speculation and its turned out to be quite good.

Of all the posts, however, there are only two which offer thoughts on the actual material. Most people feel the need to bicker over sound quality, web pages, download problems, etc. The release of the new material is significant, at least far more so than the petty squabbling going on here.

Some people just seem miserable unless they are unhappy about something. I just wish they wouldn't come here.

  • i was dissapointed about the new songs, but this one is brilliant, short, full of rage, just like disappointed or you´re gonna need someone. very emotional. i hope the new album would be more like this than like "i like u".

  • what a strident, powerful vent. the other new songs are ok, but this is the first of moz's recent songs i can't get enough of, shouting it under my breath biking through the streets of montreal...
