Morrissey has been declared "Champ of the week" by the music section on Channel 4's Teletext. The short paragraph basically said Moz has reaffirmed his huge talent and that it was no wonder the music industry is going down the pan when he hasn't got a recording contract but the likes of Rik Waller (a crashing bore fatty from UK's Pop Idol) has.

this part of the text makes me think about moz's eighties and how he has "comeback"--whatever that means--almost twenty years later;funny how back then morrissey came in at a time when pop music was at a low point, intellectually speaking,or so they say, and now we are at a similar slump. hence, morrissey's talent is re-recongnized, re-record, reaffirmed.
