  • I've nothing to say on this matter, I just don't like to see articles with no comments.......although having said that I'd love to go to Dublin to see the gigs myself, the problem is I'm in Outer Mongolia......!! So to anyone that does go, have a good time!
    regards
    Percy Vere!

  • What the hell are ticketmaster playing at? I got up especially early this morning to go in and get my tickets first thing before work. I go to the Jervis Street outlet and am told that they won't be on sale til the next few days. I argue that I've heard from 3 different sources that they're on sale today and am told by the little skankbag ("Wha'? Morris who? Who's dah?") in the adidas "trakky boh-ims" operating the machine that they're on the system but can't be sold.

Despairingly, I trudge up to the St.Stephen's Green outlet, hoping for better news. The same story awaits me there! The next few days, no, we don't have a certain date.

    But here's the best part!

I come home from a really shite day at work (shite because I was in bad form all day BECAUSE of the tickets), log on to ticketmaster's website and OOOH WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT, THEY'RE ON SALE.

FUCKING IDIOTS, MAKE UP YOUR MIND WHAT DAY THEY GO ON SALE AND STICK TO IT. Idiots, imbeciles, and all other nasty words. Made me get up at 6.30 for nothing. Suppose I should be glad that I got tickets for El Moz and I am, by the way if you've read this far you've done very well.

  • Ticketmaster must be annhilated.I rang some gobshite in their office to book tickets for both nights. The bollix informs me that there is 4.50 "handling charge".What in the name of Christ is a "handling charge"?I don't want my tickets handled. This must be the greatest swizz of all time. That's 4.50 per ticket and i was getting 4 so that's an extra 18 euro for nothing.Plus the cost of the phone call.
I don't begrudge paying to see the man but I think this is despicable.
Anyway, can't wait for the shows! At almost 38 years of age i really should be past this type of thing.

in the silence you don't know, you must go on,I can't go on,I'll go on.
  • Got my ticket today and looking forward to seeing Morrissey in Dublin for the 4 or 5th time and if the set list is the same as that of the American gigs, well then I shall be over the moon. "Viva Hate" just pips "Vauhall & I" in my view as Morrissey's best solo album and getting the chance to hear Late Night Maudlin Street and There Is A Light...... in the same set is truely wonderfull. On the minus side though I have to drive down from Norn Iron and won't get the chance to get pissed.
